Really liked the Wonder Wash. Gave it to my 91 year old mother and she loves it. Will be ordering another for myself soon.

do you have to hand wring out the clothes?

Yes, you do have to wring out the clothes but let them sit awhile and most of the water drains out. What I do is load the washer with water soap and clothes, turn it a few times then let it sit for awhile. Then I give it a good spin. Rinse a couple of times. The clothes come out surprising clean. I'm going to buy one of those mop buckets with the (don't know what to call it) a place to put the mop to squeese the water out. One of those that you can use a large mop. I think this will help with some of the items that are not as easy to wring out.
